On March 28, 2023, AstroNoir and the UCL Earth Sciences Ethnic Diversity Network joined forces to host the highly successful Mindful Scholar Event. This thought-provoking gathering brought together a diverse group of 8 individuals from various backgrounds, including students, professors, and industrial professionals.
During the event, we explored the importance of mental health, well-being in academia, and the significance of representation within the scientific community. Reflecting on the Mindful Scholar Event
