Climate right now
Recent temperature and rainfall compared with the long-term normal in 50 cities across Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia, using open satellite-era climate data.
How to read this
1. Pick a city to see how the latest complete month compares with its 1991-2020 average.
2. Brown bars show months warmer than normal, green bars cooler than normal.
3. In very dry months, rainfall is shown in millimetres rather than a percentage, so small amounts don't look misleadingly dramatic.
